Property Settlement
We’ll create a legally binding agreement that sets out how your property and financial assets will be divided.
Separated couples need a legally binding settlement agreement to divide and protect property after separation.
A Property Consent Order is a formal written agreement, approved by the Family Court, and is enforceable on both parties. There is no need to attend any court hearings to have one put into place.
When the Court approves your agreement, the settlement becomes legally binding, providing a safe and effective way for couples to finalise financial matters at the end of a relationship.
We specialise in bringing successful conclusions to the most complex and difficult situations, as well as the more straight-forward ones.
With the Lawfully Uncoupling Program, we’ll empower you to obtain your legally binding Property Consent Order as quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
